Biography
Ted Ladd is the Director of Developer Relations at WIMM Labs, a Silicon Valley
venture-backed company pioneering wearable technology. He served a similar role at Palm
Inc. He also founded, funded, led, and sold a software company focusing on renewable
energy generation.
Ted holds an MBA from Wharton, an MA in international economics from Johns Hopkins
SAIS, a BA in biology, political science, and sociology from Cornell, and a certificate from the
Oklahoma School of Horseshoeing.
He is on the boards of the utility that provides electricity and natural gas to northwest
Wyoming, the agency that helps Wyoming entrepreneurs launch new businesses, and a
non-profit that brings teenage mothers back into the Wyoming work force. He teaches
entrepreneurship at the Bainbridge Graduate Institute.
Ted lives in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Woodside, California with his wife and dog,
spending his spare time running trails and playing ice hockey.
