Ted Ladd is the lead for the projects on analytics, efficiency, wind, and hydrogen. He is an
equal partner in the geothermal project. He clarifies the concepts, assembles the teams, and
manages the research and development. For most of these projects, he is ultimately

Darcy Dixon is a partner of Dixon Ladd, overseeing field operations and focusing on
permitting and landowner relations for wind farm development. Darcy holds two
bachelors degrees from the University of Wyoming, one in communications and the
other in secondary education.
Len Carlman is a partner of Dixon Ladd, serving as its General Counsel, and a partner
at Hess, Carlman and D’Amours LLC, a law office in Jackson, Wyoming. He received his
bachelors at Utah State University and his J.D. at the University of Wyoming.
Harry Statter is co-managing partner of Teton Geothermal. He also owns and operates
several other businesses focusing on real estate development and improvement.
